Our main office is located on East Paris, Just south of Cascade Road, within the East Paris Medical Building. Take exit 40 A (Cascade Road West) off I-96. Turn south onto East Paris from I-96. The East Paris Medical Building is ¼ of a mile on the left. Use the “South Entrance” to park at no charge, closest to our office. Parking is barrier-free.
